Application of Artificial Intelligence in Scoring Rodent Cardiomyopathy
2020
In this interesting webinar, we discuss our algorithm development process and results for the detection and quantification of major features of Progressive Cardiomyopathy (PCM) in rodents. Discover how AI algorithms can be applied for improved time/resource efficiency in preclinical studies. Our industry experts, Dr. Uttara Joshi and Nitin Singhal have co-hosted this session with Dr. Deb Tokarz from Experimental Pathology Laboratory (EPL) Inc.
Application of Artificial Intelligence for Spermatogenic Staging Assessment in Rodents
2021
In this first in the reproductive toxicology series, we discussed AI solutions for the evaluation of spermatogenic staging in rodents on H&E stained WSI - in current practice, a challenging and time-consuming task. The seminar was hosted by Dr. Uttara Joshi and Nitin Singhal, with Dr. Dianne Creasy as the main speaker.
Dr. Pedro Oliveira (Consultant in Histopathology, The Christie NHS Foundation Trust) and Nitin Singhal (Head, Products, AIRA Matrix) discusses how Deep Learning networks trained on histopathology ground truth can augment the accuracy of non-invasive diagnostic methods like mpMRI and provide a potential translational approach to improved staging and therapy planning.
AIRADHI - The New Generation Image Management System
2021
STP-I
Dr. Uttara Joshi and Tijo Thomas, at STP-I 2021 present AIRADHI, an Image Management System for Preclinical Digital Pathology Workflows and Peer reviews.
"LEAP: Lesion-aware prediction of diabetic macular edema grades from color fundus images using deep learning" and "Deep Learning Based Ocular Disease Classification using Retinal Fundus Images", presented by our imaging scientists, Ravi Kamble and Aman Shrivastava.
How to transform RALP into an algorithm?
2020
Digital Pathology & AI, London
An interesting presentation by Dr. Pedro Oliveira (Consultant, Christie NHS Foundation) and Nitin Singhal (Head, Products, AIRA Matrix) about AIRA Matrix AI solution for radical prostatectomy reporting at the 7th Digital Pathology and AI Congress, Europe. The AI solution analyzes digitized whole mount slides from radical prostatectomy specimens for volumetric estimation of tumor volume with accurate Gleason scoring. The speakers also discuss the application of AI insights from histopathology to multimodality reporting to enhance treatment outcomes in prostate cancer.
